There’s no need to fret about getting in shape if you don’t have the “proper” gym equipment. The reality is that you already have the proper equipment required to explore fitness without spending a dime. Your body!
Here is a simple yet effective workout that is sure to get you in shape and become a stronger you:

35 Jumping Jacks
10 Pushups (Use your knees if you need to)
15 Alternating Lunges (walking or standing)
20 Crunches
5 Burpees
Plank Hold 30 seconds
5 Squats (using bodyweight or dumbbells)
35 Jumping Jacks
5 Pushups
10 Alternating Lunges
15 Crunches
3 Burpees
Plank Hold 15 seconds
5 Squats
30 Jumping Jacks

Repeat 2-3 times.
